Don’t worry too much about your English: it’s such a blast to be able to have the opportunity to read a Japanese ‘tech’ blog!
Thanks you for the time you spent update it.

Hi there, Minahito, and nice to meet you, too! :] I felt alleviated when I saw that your blog was still active as of 2010, because many times I find people like you, who I would very much like to talk to, that just won’t answer me because they don’t pay attention to the blog or email account I’ve mailed them to. I hope this isn’t the case for you! =]

Right now I’m feeling bad for some of the last happenings in my life as a game developer wannabe and would love the opportunity to talk to you more directly on that subject.

I think you can check what I supplied as email address on this blog comment, so you could use it to mail me back if you’re up to a talk. My doubts spin around how far can modern C++ features be effectively used for console development, for example, and curiosities regarding how game developers work their things out in Japan. Would you try and help me out a little? I would certainly be pleased! By the way, if you would just not make my email address or nickname public, I would also be grateful.

    Cheers! [:

    Hello Minahito,

How are you? I hope very fine!! I’m reading your blog and looks like very good and your English is good, actually, I’m not the right person to talk about English (as you can see I’m not American). So, I would like to talk with you about your skill, so, if you were interested to talk more about engine and other stuff come online for chats.

    Hey Minahito,
I’m from India and I’ve come to Japan for a month. I was googling for Game Programming clubs in Japan when I came across your blog. It was a very interesting read. I would like to meet people here interested in game development, indie game developers preferably. I’d appreciate it if you could email me.
    Cheers!

    HELLO RESPECTED SIR,

I JUST HAPPEN TO HAVE FOUND YOUR BLOG UPON A GOOGLE SEARCH ABOUT GAME DEVELOPMENT IN JAPAN. AT THE PRESENT I AM IN JAPAN VISITING MY FAMILY.

MY SHORT VISIT HAS KINDLED AN OLD DREAM AND PASSION FOR GAMES, PROGRAMMING, ANIMATION, AND ELECTRONICS. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WASN’T MUCH OF A LIVE TECH CULTURE IN MY COUNTRY TO KEEP MY PASSION GOING. SOMEHOW, I LET IT ALL GO AND GOT INTO TEACHING IN A BASIC SCHOOL.

YOUR BLOG JUST GAVE ME A NEW SHOT AT DREAMING ABOUT THAT WONDERFUL FUTURE, WHERE I COULD BE SURROUNDED WITH MY OWN CREATIONS AND IMAGINATIONS.

AT PRESENT, I AM PICKING UP C++ PROGRAMMING AND WITH STRONG DRIVE THIS TIME. HOPING TO SOMEDAY BE A PART OF THE JAPANESE “IMAGINE-NATION”, AS I PUT IT.

I HAVE ALSO COME TO LOVE JAPAN AND ITS CULTURE.

I HUMBLY REQUEST FOR YOUR GUIDANCE AS A TEACHER AND MENTOR TO MAKE MY LONG LIFE HOPE OF BECOMING A GAME DEVELOPER A DREAM COME TRUE. WOULD ALSO LOVE TO WORK IN THE JAPANESE TECH INDUSTRY AS WELL ( AS A GAME DEVELOPER ).

LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU, GOOD SIR.
